The 2019 TDU Convention will be held November 1-3, at the Chicago Holiday Inn O'Hare. Find out everything you need to know about your upcoming trip. If you are flying to Chicago: the hotel shuttle is free, but with the cold weather you may prefer a taxi (about $20) to the Holiday Inn on N Cumberland Ave.

LOCATION

The Convention will be held at the Holiday Inn Chicago O’Hare at 5615 N Cumberland Ave, Chicago, IL 60631. Note: There are multiple Holiday Inns around Chicago O’Hare. Make sure that you take the shuttle to Holiday Inn Chicago O’Hare at 5615 N Cumberland Ave.

HOTEL SHUTTLE FOR CHICAGO O'HARE

There is a free shuttle from Chicago O'Hare to the hotel. Go to the Bus/Shuttle Center and wait for pickup outside of Door 2. The shuttle does pickups every thirty minutes on the half hour. If you are having trouble getting a shuttle, call (773) 693-5800.

YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION 

We want to make sure that your room is correctly reserved. Please let us know right away of any changes in your arrival or departure date to make sure your room will be available when you need it. If you are sharing a room, make sure we have that information to allow for easy check-in.  

Call TDU, not the Chicago Holiday Inn O'Hare, with any reservation changes.  

FOOD INFORMATION 

Full convention registration includes Friday and Saturday dinner, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, morning coffee and breaks. There is a full service restaurant on site for breakfast and other needs. If you have a room reserved at the hotel there is a free breakfast buffet available.

If you have special food needs such as food allergies let us know right away and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may not be able to make menu substitutions on site.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS 

From The North: Take I-94 South to 294 South to 94 South to I-90 East. Exit Cumberland Avenue South/79A. The hotel is on the left at the first light.

From The South: I-55 North to 294 North to I-90 East exit Cumberland Avenue South/79A. The hotel is on the left at the first light. 

From The East: I-90 West exit Cumberland Avenue South/79A. The hotel is on the left at the first light. 

From The West: I-90 East. Exit Cumberland Avenue South/79A. The hotel is on the left at the first light. 

From O'Hare Airport: I-90 East. Exit Cumberland Avenue South/79A. The hotel is on the left at the first light.
